Te bar possess- es a total of 350 types of wine kept in a massive wine cellar that measures 5.5m in height and 7m in width. Equipped with a cooling system meant explicitly for chilling wines, the cellar maintains an optimal environment of 55°F and 70 per- cent humidity. In addition to carrying 10 types of wine available exclusively at their Gangnam location, the bar also features Dierberg, a Gold Medal–winner from the 2011 Korea Wine Chal- lenge. Outside of hosting guests, Wine & Dine runs its own importing agency to ofer bottles of wine for purchase as well. Teir menu is excel- lent and uncluttered, mainly featuring modern European dishes. Despite its basement location, the establishment boasts unique architecture, with both atmospheric lighting and well-placed skylights.
